The prize is a three-night stay at Tranquilo Beach House.

The stay must be redeemed by 12 months from the date of issue.

The stay cannot be booked during QLD/NSW school holidays, public holidays, or long weekends.

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

The prize is valid for up to 14 guests and includes accommodation only. Any additional costs incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the prize winner.

The prize winner must contact Tranquilo Beach House directly to arrange the booking.

Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance.

Once booked, dates may only be changed at the discretion of the accommodation provider and are subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. 

The prize provider will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the prize winner or guests during the stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.e. 

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

The organisers reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
